Terms governing your use of the SnipAstra Chrome extension, snipastra.com, and SnipAstra Pro subscriptions.

1. Legal Seller & Scope

These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between you and ORCASOFT CONSULTANCY SERVICES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED (registered in Bihar-BR, India), operating under the brand SnipAstra (snipastra.com).

2. Plans, Pricing & Billing Cycles

SnipAstra offers a free ad-supported tier and an optional paid tier, SnipAstra Pro. SnipAstra Pro is available in three billing cycles: Monthly (₹99/month in India; US$3.99/month internationally), Quarterly (₹249 per 3 months in India — 16% off; US$9.99 per 3 months internationally), and Annual (₹799 per year in India — 33% off; US$29.99 per year internationally). Final payable totals including any applicable taxes are displayed prior to payment confirmation.

3. Licence Grant & Acceptable Use

Upon verified payment, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence key to activate SnipAstra Pro on your own Chrome browsers. You may not publicly share, resell, sublicense, or distribute your licence key.

4. Content Rights & Platform Compliance

SnipAstra is a local editing and reference utility. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the legal rights, creator permission, or statutory licence to download or clip any media. SnipAstra does not circumvent DRM, paywalls, or private account access controls.

5. Governing Law & Support

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Bihar, India. Official support email: support@snipastra.com.
