1. Digital-Only Fulfilment
ORCASOFT CONSULTANCY SERVICES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED supplies SnipAstra and SnipAstra Pro exclusively as digital software and electronic licence keys. No physical item is packed or shipped.
2. Immediate Delivery After Payment
Once Razorpay or our international checkout partner verifies payment capture, your SnipAstra Pro licence key is generated immediately, displayed on the confirmation page, and sent to your checkout email address within 1–5 minutes.
3. Key Activation & Instant Recovery
To activate, open the SnipAstra extension → Settings & projects (or Pricing & Plans) → paste your key and click Activate. If your email is delayed or lands in spam, use the "Lost your key?" recovery form on /snipastra/pricing/#recover or email support@snipastra.com.
